Forms for Profile Updates
The below prescribed forms can be used to effect profile changes. We however recommend that you view our Self Administration capabilities which allows you to effect these changes electronically on your profile.
Alternatively, complete the relevant prescribed form online, print and sign. The completed and signed form can be posted, faxed or delivered to the relevant Standard Bank administration office.
Profile Amendments
To make profile amendments to your enhanced Business Online profile, please contact the Business Online support contact centre with the applicable contact details. Please note that the forms contained herein are only applicable to Business Online SA.
Change Authorised Person
A Business Online Representative will assist you with the completion of documentation to change an ‘Authorised Person'.
